We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Project Surveyor to lead major remediation and latent defect projects, with a focus on cladding and fire safety. This is a senior, client-side role requiring hands-on project delivery, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple remedial works projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met
Lead and coordinate consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations and technical standards
Procure and oversee construction and consultancy contracts, monitoring performance and reporting on progress
Engage with residents, tenants, and stakeholders, including occasional evening meetings
Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance throughout all projects
Requirements:
Strong Building Surveying and contract administration experience (e.g., JCT)
Proven delivery of major works or remedial projects
Knowledge of fire safety, building regulations, and latent defect remediation
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness
