Job Title: Asset Compliance Co-ordinator

Contract: 3-Month Temporary Assignment
Location: Fully Remote
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Compliance Co-ordinator to join a leading housing provider on a temporary basis. This fully remote role involves supporting the Asset Compliance and Health & Safety team by managing compliance data and ensuring statutory obligations are met across key risk areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update compliance data in housing systems.

  • Produce accurate reports and monitor planned and remedial works.

  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Support contract administration, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.

  • Assist with meetings, minute-taking, and action tracking for compliance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Experience in compliance within housing or property maintenance.

  • Strong IT and data management skills, including Excel and housing database systems.

  • Ability to manage workload under pressure and work independently.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Compliance Areas: Electrical Testing, Gas, Fire Safety, Asbestos, Legionella, Lifts, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting.
