About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Compliance Co-ordinator to join a leading housing provider on a temporary basis. This fully remote role involves supporting the Asset Compliance and Health & Safety team by managing compliance data and ensuring statutory obligations are met across key risk areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update compliance data in housing systems.
Produce accurate reports and monitor planned and remedial works.
Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
Support contract administration, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
Assist with meetings, minute-taking, and action tracking for compliance reviews.
Requirements:
Experience in compliance within housing or property maintenance.
Strong IT and data management skills, including Excel and housing database systems.
Ability to manage workload under pressure and work independently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Compliance Areas: Electrical Testing, Gas, Fire Safety, Asbestos, Legionella, Lifts, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting.
