An established and values-driven housing provider is seeking a proactive Neighbourhood Services Team Leader to lead a team delivering high-quality tenancy, neighbourhood, and ASB management services across the region.
Managing homes for social rent, affordable housing, shared ownership, and private rent, this organisation is passionate about creating homes that help people build better lives.
The Role
You’ll supervise and motivate a team of Neighbourhood, ASB, and Sustainment Officers to provide outstanding local services throughout the tenancy lifecycle. From tackling anti-social behaviour and supporting tenancy sustainment to ensuring compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction, you’ll play a key role in driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing housing management team.
Oversee ASB, tenancy, and sustainment casework to deliver fair, consistent outcomes.
Monitor and improve KPIs, ensuring great customer experiences.
Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Promote wellbeing, safety, and a culture of inclusion and accountability.
About You
You’ll bring proven experience in housing or neighbourhood management, with strong leadership and people skills. You’re collaborative, customer-focused, and confident managing complex tenancy cases.
A CIH qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable, and you’ll need a full UK driving licence and vehicle access.
